수관식 보일러
- The water tube boiler has the all-membrane wall structure and has 3Pass for the small capacity lower than 5T/Hr and 2Pass or 3Pass for the capacity above 6T/Hr and with a preheater and a fuel economizer equipped, it maximizes heat efficiency by minimizing the thermal loss of the exhaust gas and radiant heat and also has a beautiful exterior.
- 수관식보일러는 All Membrance Wall 구조로 5T/Hr 이하의 소용량에는 3PASS, 6T/Hr 이상의 용량에서는 2PASS 또는 3PASS로 공기예열기 및 절탄기를 부착, 배기가스 열손실 및 방열손실을 최소화하여 열효율을 극대화시켰으며, 외관이 미려합니다.
Features특징
- Water tube steam boiler with membrane wall system is designed to keep the wall under staurated steam temperature by minimizing radiant heat loss and to maximize the efficiency of heat by a pressed combustion system.
- It has high durability with the perfect design and high quality materials.
- This design was made in accordance with the calculation of minimum maintenance temperature of heating surface. It solves the problem of short life time of air preheater caused by the erosion of low temperature. In result, the durable time was prolonged. As it has membrane wall system, there is no gas leaking. It is easy not only to repair
- with no establishment of castable but also to clean and remove soot.
- Special steam separator was used to minimize foaming and priming. This prevented low productivity resulted from the erosion of water hammer pipe and wet steam. With the proper arrangement of vaporization pipe, downcast pipe and banks of tubes,
- waterish smoothly circulated and it is very safe because of no shake of the water inside boiler pipes.
- It is also designed to lower the loss of ventilation, which made it possible to reduce the maintenance cost and the operation noise.
※ Usage : Synthetic fiber, Paper manufacturing, Beer alcool factories, Food process- ing factories, Rubber factories, Apartments and factories to need medium or large volume of steam with high pressure such as petroleum chemistry plant.
- 전부분의 벽관을 Membrance Wall 구조로 제작 및 시공함으로써 방열 손실을 최소화시켜 벽면이 포화증기 온도이하로 유지되며 가압연소방식으로 전열효과를 극대화시켰습니다.
- 완벽한 설계와 고품질 재료의 사용으로 내구성이 뛰어나며 Compact한 구조로 외장이 미려합니다.
- 전열면의 최저 유지온도를 산출하여 설계, 제작됨으로써 저온 부식으로 인한 공기예열기의 수명단축을 해결하여 내구 년한을 연장시켰습니다.
- All Membrance Wall 구조이므로 가스의 누출이 없으며 Castable 및 축노시공이 필요없으므로 보수가 용이하고 Cleaning Space 구조로 되어 있어 Soot 제거 및 청소가 용이합니다.
- 특수한 기수분리장치를 사용하여 Foaming 및 Priming 현상을 최소화시켰 으므로 증기건도가 매우 높아 Water Hammer 배관부식 및 습증기에 의한 생산능률 저하를 방지하였습니다.
- 증발관, 강수관 및 관군부를 안배하여 수순환이 원활하며 보일러 관수의 격동이 없으므로 매우 안전합니다.
- 통풍손실이 낮도록 설계하여 운전유지비가 저렴하고 보일러 운전 소음이 매우 작습니다.
※ 사용처 : 합성섬유, 제지, 맥주, 음식가공, 가죽제품공장, 아파트 및 석유화학 공장같은 고압의 스팀이 다량 필요한 현장
