- Variable pressure type accumulator
- Place a variable pressure type accumulator at the outer steam system of boiler.
- Surplus steam accumulated in water generates saturated steam to keep the thermal supply load constant, when pressure falls.
- Constant pressure type accumulator
- Place a constant pressure type accumulator at the feed water system of boiler.
- It accumulates surplus steam or boiler water to use them for feed water. when pressure falls, the thermal supply load will ve kept constantly by the supply of the hot water to increase the steam of boiler. ※Usage : Dyeing factory, Styrofoam manufacture, Place to need large amount of steam.
- 번압식
- 보일러 출구 증기계통에 배치합니다.
- 과잉증기를 물에 축적하여 두었다가 사용처의 압력이 낮아지면 포화증기를 발생시켜 열공급부하를 일정하게 합니다.
- 정압식
- 보일러 입구 급수계통에 배치합니다.
- 과잉증기 또는 보일러수를 급수로써 축열하고 사용처의 입력이 낮아지면 열수를 보일러에 공급하여 보일러의 증기량이 많아지도록 하여 열공급부하를 일정하게 합니다. ※사용처 : 염색공장, 스티로폼 제조공장 등 다량의 스팀이 필요한 산업체
